My new daily running plan

This is what I did today and it was awesome...I feel so great and energized!

Wake-up
Drink a big glass of water
Take dogs for a walk
Change into running clothes
Have a snack...today it was a cup of almond milk and a fuji apple
Get running gear together
Stretch
walk to entrance of neighborhood, stretch again

Run:
Today was 6 miles. I alternated 5 minutes of running with 1 minute of walking.

Stats:
Distance: 6 miles
Time: 65:15
Average Pace: 10:53
Fastest Pace: 8:09

Walk back to apartment
Stretch
Make a green monster:


Today's ingredients: 2 c. steamed spinach, 1 T chia, 1 c. almond milk, 1 c. frozen blueberries, 1 t. glutamine, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder(whey/soy mix)

Enjoy green monster while icing the tender parts of my legs.

Make a yummy breakfast:


Todays' breakfast: 1/2 c. oats, 1.5 c. water, 1/2 c. egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar, almond butter...and a huge treat-a tablespoon or so of nutella...MMMMMM!!!
